Humanistic/IFS Counsellor & Psychotherapist
In a confidential space, Sophie intends to nurture a trusting and compassionate therapeutic relationship within which her clients can explore their experiences, find answers, heal or flourish. She does not dissociate mind and body, and this also informs her somatic approach to therapy. Sophie works with adults from all ethnic, cultural and spiritual heritages and offers in-person and online sessions in English or French.
Sophie is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She holds a postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling and psychotherapy (University of East London) and qualifications in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS Institute, UK).
